CONCLUSIVE EVENT of MEMORI-net
with Press Conference and final cocktail

On Thursday 27 June 2019, the final meeting of the project MEMORI-net took place at the NH-Hotel in Trieste.
After the initial part of greetings and introduction by prof. Enrico Tongiorgi, neuroscientist at the University of Trieste and coordinator of the MEMORI-net project, a brief ceremony took place for the signing of a joint agreement aimed at the adoption of an Operational Protocol shared between 4 hospitals operating on the two sides of the Italy-Slovenia border. The agreement is signed by the General Manager of the ULSS4 Veneto Orientale dott. Carlo Bramezza, the Extraordinary Commissioner of ASUITS dr. Antonio Poggiana, the General Director of the General Hospital of Izola mag. Radivoj Nardin. The General Director of the Hospital of Sežana mag. Silvana Šonc could not partecipate to the ceremony, but she will sign it in the next days.
Dr. Laura Comelli, representative of the Interreg V Italy-Slovenia Program Management Authority, participated to event describing the role of MEMORI-net, and all other projects in the field of Sanity, and highlighting the good results obtained.
Finally, at the end of the morning, there were some interventions by the medical teams that conducted the study, including Dr. Giulia Galli (psychologist, ULSS4-Portogruaro), prof. Paolo Manganotti (head of neurology, AUITS-Trieste) and dott. Bojan Roic (head of neurology, SBI-Izola) who discussed about the clinical experiences concerning the use of the MEMORI-net rehabilitation protocol at the partner-hospitals.
